how long does delivery take
Delivery will take no more than 2 weeks for online orders. I’m always making lamps so if i have the item(s) you have ordered in stock then delivery may take as little as 2-3 days. If i have to make your lamp to order then this usually takes around 10 days and will be dispatched as soon as it is completed.
Can I Track my parcel?
Once your parcel is in transit we will share tracking information with you so you can follow its progress.
what do I do if my item has arrived damaged?
As rare as it is, some of our items are fragile and it can sometimes happen. If your item has been damaged in transit then please contact us immediately and send proof of the damaged item. I will then send you details to return the damaged one (with no charge for you) and a replacement will be sent out on receiving the damaged item.
Can anything be customised?
Absolutely! Because everything is handmade customisations are easily done. just contact us using the form above these FAQs and I’ll be happy to work with you to create your custom piece.
